The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

The LEX has been replaced with SC4Evermore (SC4E), and SC4E maintains an active Discord server.  For traditional forums, we recommend Simtropolis.

These 2 Japanese BAT's are no where to be found. Or  their websites to them are no longer available. So I think It's a good idea if there are any awesome BATers out there to upgrade these guys. I'm building an olympics city, and thought these japanese Buildings would look dope! anyway, the Tokyo olympics are coming up in 2020 and it's fitting for a shibuya upgrade in simcity 4 ;-)
