I just would like to know if its possible to change the Hotkeys (maybe by editing a INI file/something) or is this Game to old for that?

Hello.
I made a plugin to change some hotkeys to move the screen in the better way.
I've assigned the shortcut keys to move the screen to w, a, s, d keys.
And the original residential and commercial hotkeys were assigned to F1 through F6.
Download the attached dat file into the following direction: My documents > Simcity4 > Plugins.
