Thanks, but im not a big fan, i would like something like swamper77's ambulance. but the lights to actually light up.

I have two types that I have made from Ripptide's models that he used in his Emergency Vehicle Prop Pack:

The European unit only has blue rotating beacons on the roof.

North American: http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=82
The North American one has two variants, one with blue lights and one without them.

There is a New York City reskin of my North American unit as well: http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=17729. I haven't checked this one out myself, but I assume it is properly done like my originals that were used for the base model.
