Hi, I'm trying to download one of the prop packs from the exchange, but it is saying that my quota has been met (4 downloads).  The download for the pack seems to "finish" only half way through the download, but the file is not complete and gives an error when I attempt to unzip it.  This has led me to try to redownload the file which gets logged as a completed download on my history.  Does anyone know if I am still able to download the file, or is 4 the maximum amount of times I can attempt a download?  Thanks.

You cannot download the same file more than 4 times in 24 hours.  You can try again tomorrow but I suggest you clear your cache as the incomplete download maybe still there and so stopping you from downloading it fully.
