In my opinion, I think you should do Dundrum Town Centre First! It would probably be the most ambitious, but I'd love to have it in game .

Not that they are necessarily adequate for a first time trial, but I like them...

The shopping centers mentioned above will be surely a great addition to the game. But since your have no batting experience I think those buildings could be too challenging. If I were you, I would start with some small residential buildings or some small shops. Once you get the hang of it, you can model the shopping center much more easier

won't be able to do it for awhile since the gmax keeps freezing! i'll need another computer soooo the project maybe caneled or delayed
