Unlocking rewards for Peppy's Limes & BLS-GA Lulu's Lemon Breezer Stands

Was just wondering what the requiremnets are for making these 3x1 stands available. They are associated with

To earn Peppy's Limes you need 150 lime fields and for Lulu's Lemon Breezer you need 125 lemon fields. Both are the fields that come with the farms.
