surely I must be cursed with blindness, for whatever and wherever that setting is, it has eluded me.

In other words: where can I make the cars drive on the RIGHT (and correct..hehe) side of the road?
I had to repurchase SC4/RH since my newer ('06) computer is unable to realize that my simcity cd is an actual and original cd... (but that's another story that I'll not dig up again). Maybe I missed something somewhere and now SC4 is installed with English drivers. The language selection at install perhaps?
