Some Misdemeanor in the old File Placement

I was looking through the LEX today and saw some strange things.

for example BSC Cleanitol TM W2W Remove List should really be with the other cleanitol files in the Documents - Files section

and some of the Cleanitols in that section (Documents - Files) are outdated, and capo's BSC Cleanitol MEGA files conflicts with its self
