First time I ever posted here.

I've been trying to use SimGoober's Modern Warehouses and Small Warehouses.  They're great lots. 

No matter where I put these lots I get Long Freight Trips.  I even put em right at the end of the map with a road connection.  I tried pre-zoning, both med and dense and then plop.  I put them right next to a freight station no luck.

Yes I have all depencies and yes I got plenty of demand for these. 

They eventually dilapidate and get abandoned.
