Blasie Residence? What is it?

Greetings,

I am going through my residential and commercial files and organizing them by folder themes (R MED [Mediterranean], R UK, R PAR [Paris], C GERM) so that I can easily find files to load for themed cities.  However, I cannot tell where I found my Blasie Residence (R$$$4_2x2_Blasie_Residence_BSC_Born78_8efa652f.SC4Lot).  Obviously, it's a Born78 file, but I can only find some random files of Born78 on another site.  Does anyone know where this file is . . . or at least could someone tell me how I should categorize it.

The model itself is on BSC MEGA Props W2W Vol01 and I would categorise it as R EUR as it fits with Paris buildings but not so well with UK. The building is also in the BSC sets of W2W lots -  search the LEX for BSC and they are all on page 2.
