Zero7's Calltech Office Building Texture Glitch

Hi, I'm not sure if I am posting this in the right place or not, but here goes anyway.

I recentley downloaded the Calltech office and installed it along with all the dependancies and there seems to be a strange texture problem as shown in the pics below;



Here is how it looked when it first grew, it looks like the texture for the car park and pavement has been replaced with a transparent one.




Here's what happens to the texture when I save my game.

Can anybody help me out please?

what happens when you reopen your city? and is that blue/white colour a custom background?

Make sure you have all three texture packs that are required (BSC Textures 1 and 2, and TexturePack_Cycledogg 1)

When I re-open the city it goes back to the same as what it looks like in the first picture.

caspervg, I do have all the dependancies (BSC Textures etc as listed in the readme) and that's what puzzles me about this problem.

also do you guys know about the enterprise house render glitch???? zoom 3 or 4 one angle only....
NAM + CAM + RAM + SAM, that's how I roll....

One of the two lots has a base texture that I am missing - 0xB113C470. I shall ask geoffhaw if he knows who made the texture but if anyone recognises it will they post here please?

The texture is in RMIP-2 SAE Vol03 by Voltaire and on the STEX. As the STEX is currently unavailable I cannot give you a link.

Thankyou Barby, I managed to download the texture and now the building is fine now. :)

If you're not using those RMIP lots, but you still want to use that Calltech lot, you can install that Voltaire pack, and delete everything from the installed folder (lots, models and desc, except for this file - jzo_RMIP2vol3_textures.dat
Other solution would be to edit the lot with the LE and replace that missing texture for a similar one from any other texture pack you have on your plugins folder. That will avoid you to have a 3,82 Mb extra folder with only 1 needed file. ;)

Hi Rayden, great name btw - loved Mortal kombat as a kid. :)

Yes, I deleted all the lots and just used the textures in my plugins folders (I put all my (non BSC/Simgoober/Peg dependancies in a "Dependancies" folder, with subfolders for each author/team), but I'm quite happy with the texture on the lot so no editing needed. :)
