SC4D Appoints Two New Assistant Administrators

Well, the title pretty much says it all.  Everyone please join jeronij and me in welcoming our two new Assistant Administrators, our friends Alex (Tarkus) and Tage (RippleJet).  We ask that they be extended every courtesy that you have given us, and we are looking forward to having them on the team as SC4D continues to strengthen and grow.
