Looking for a prop pack...

I recently saw a thread about some problems people were having with BSC MEGA Props - KevDan25  Vol01.dat .  It mentioned that their in-game police car was changed, but it didn't specify how. The thread is here. I'm looking for this prop file on the LEX and I can't find it for the life of me.  I'd appreciate it if someone would help me out with this. (I didn't want to post in that thread because the last time it was used was in October last year)

Okay, so I found the police car I was looking for:  It is on the stex: Police Car Prop and Driveable by MikeSeith.
