Hello,

I'm working at a stats rebalance of all utilities and civics buildings, I've just finished the power and garbage lots rework.  ()stsfd() Now I'm reworking water utilities and I got a problem with the Water Purification Plant. In the ilive's reader the "water treatment capacity" results as "0x00000000", does this means that it has an infinite capacity?  ()what()

I have another question, I have planned to lower the monthly cost of water pumping lots and increase their power consumed, what do you think about this?
