High tech industrial demand

I remember years and years ago I had DLed a lot that gave an insane amount of high-tech industrial demand.  It was so high that any of the high-industrial zoning would be high-tech!  It was like a diner or something like that and blended into high-tech areas wonderfully.  I'm not looking for that lot in specific (though would be nice to have it again) but rather I'm looking for lots that have similar effects.  Ones that boost agricultral demand, dirty industrial, manufacturing, and high tech.  Ones to boost the demend for the differant levels of commercial and the differant levels of residential.  Anyone have ideas and/or thoughts?

Hmmmm,   that sounds like a lot I'd love to have myself.     I hope there is someone out there that remembers it and will let you know.

...dang , I wish I could remember the first.

Rather then reposting this request I'm just going to pump this post up  ;D  Anyone have any idea where to find a lot to fit this need?  Other high demand lots would be great too.  Thanks

I think you are referring to this lot available on the STEX.

Hope that helps.

That is indeed the one I was referring to!  Thanks so much.  I had looked on the STEX, but it's so large that I can't look through everything and I guess I didn't get the search phrases right to find it.  Thanks again!
