wall fountains

hi all..
is it posible for someone to create a soort of "statue/fountain" to place against te end of a w2w building??
i love those paris/polish buildings but sometimes they have one large emty side wall, now am i creating a new city with a lot of those paris buildings and i would like to see a nice fountain at the and of a row. (to make a cool square orsomething)
what i mean is like i.e. the Trevi fountain in rome...see pic below to see what i'm taking about. it doesn't only look cool...but it makes the place complete















i hope you all getting what i'm aiming at
