How to use the tabi prop planes

Maybe this is the wrong place, but I'm new here.
So my problem i that I've no idea how to use the tabi prop-planes.
Please help..

The planes are just props for you to make your own lots with. There are no lots included in the packs and nor will there be in any future packs posted.

You need to use Maxis LE so you will need to get that from here http://www.sc4devotion.com/SC4D_Maxis_files_EULA.html or from the official site. It comes with a manual telling you how to use it. There are also a variety of tutorials in this forum here: http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?board=48.0

I can't seem to find tabi's props in LotEditor I've placed the .dat directly in plugins-folder

Ufomies, you need to open a park lot and make it bigger. The props won't show up in the props list if the lot is too small.
