Can't edit a transit-enabled lot 'cos can't replace the main building.

I'm creating a new lot to enable passengers to get connection between several mass transit types.

I've opened my SC4Model file with Plug-In Manager and dropped it to a SC4desc file (5x3) in the category "...\Buildings\Transportation\Elevated Rail Station".
When I open an already existing GLR-Station with the lot-editor I cannot replace the main building because i can't find my file! (even with help of find-tool)

1. What's going wrong?
2. Morevover with SC4Tool I was able to create stations with ET transit but how do you place the subway transit-point?
3. How can I create an overlapping-lot, means lot of 4x3 but building 5x3 to enable dropping road or street through it?

Try changing the lot size to 6x4 and see if your building shows in the LE.  It may be that it's slightly larger than 5x3.  This will cause it to not show for a 5x3 lot.  To create an overlapping lot, you'll need to use Ilive's Reader and change the building size to less than 4x3.  Be careful doing this, as it can cause various problems.  Cheers!
