Yellow arrows don't go away

The yellow arrows on my BSC parks don't go away after I plop them. What's the deal? I have this park with big ugly arrows all around.

They should disappear but reappear briefly at the start of each year. This is something that we can't change. Have you run the game since plopping the parks? Do you have BSC Essentials?

I have the Essentals. It was a brand new city still dated 1/1/00. I ran the game and they went off. Thanks Barby
