Hello, this is probably an easy question to answer but I dont know what the right tool for the job is.

How can I go about plopping regular growables in the game?  I want to build a Mayor Diary but I can't get the right buildings to grow.  Is there anyway to just just plop these growables?

Also, what's the easiest way to edit someone the buildings so that the group that they are one is Desert and change the trees to somethign more palm-like>

You will need Buggi's Extra Cheats DLL.

Place that file in Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4\Plugins.

In the game, press Ctrl-X, right-click in the field that opens up on top and select BuildingPlop.
That will allow you to plop any building (including growable ones) that you have in your game.
