Hello all.

I dont know if my problem is normal or not, and i have read the thread about the prop pox, and the 'dissappearing props' sticky thread, but i am not sure if my situation applies.

Basically, i made a lot on the lot editor and all props show up fine apart from the vehicle props (all of which are still in my plug-ins folder). As time goes on, a few vehicle props will appear, a little while later they'll dissappear and a few different props will appear and it goes on...

Is this normal?

Because its really irritating that i cant get them to all show up at once, to get the look that i want!!!

Any feedback appreciated.

I think the prop you use is timed
What is the IID or the name of the prop in LE ?

New Horizons Productions
Berethor ♦ beskhu3epnm ♦ blade2k5 ♦ dmscopio ♦ dedgren ♦ emilin ♦ Ennedi ♦ Heblem ♦ jplumbley
M4346 ♦ moganite ♦ Papab2000 ♦ Shadow Assassin ♦ Tarkus ♦ wouanagaine
Divide wouanagaine by zero and you will in fact get one...one bad-ass that is - Alek King of SC4

Are you talking about parked car props? These ones are timed, and there are grouped into two families, one for workplaces (visible during the morning and noon), and another one for residences (visible during the evening and night).

Thanks for the feedback.

Yes they are parked car props, and i'm pretty sure the problem is  that they are timed.

In the LE is there anyway for me to know which famiily the prop belongs to?

Click Add Family in the Prop tag, and locate either of these two families:

  • 0xA000000F - Contains 16 Car Clusters, all starting R16x7x3. These (residential ones) all appear at night
  • 0xA000003D - Contains 16 Car Clusters, all starting C16x7x3. These (commercial ones) all appear during daytime

Whenever you select a prop family you will see which individual props belong to that family. ;)
