Everytime I try to open the Place de la Madeleine lot done by Porkissimo in lot editor, I get this message:

I have all the dependencies (Porkie Props 1 & 2) but still it won't work.
This is my Plugins folder:

The files underneath the red line are all the files that were in the Place de la Madeleine ZIP I downloaded from the STEX: http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=11422

I am able to open other lots but this one just doesn't work.
Thanks! :)

That is probably because the Lot is transit-enabled. After Rush Hour came out, several people had the same problem when trying to edit the Maxis Tollbooth Lots. You need a newer version of the Lot Editor, which is unfortunately part of the BAT installer, if I remember correctly.

For others having this problem:

This issue seems to be based on the version of the Lot Editor itself. The one that you get from SimCity.com can't open transit-enabled Lots while the one you get with the installation of SC4BAT can. The latter is found in a zip file after the installation of SC4BAT for GMAX. The version number of the one provided by the SC4BAT installation is 1.0.12.0.
