Hi there, im new here and not new to SC4. 

I was wondering what exactly does the CAM mod do/fix/makebetter?
What is all this stuf about stages and such?

Im a bitt of a noob when it comes to stuff like how the game actualy works.

It increases the amount of development stages, allowing for bigger buildings with more jobs or inhabitants.
