That lot you created is a rather hefty cheat...
it provides 10,000,000 $$$ civic jobs, who would all be working in that little 1×1 patch of grass... $%Grinno$%

Of course that also immediately raises the demand for some 10,000,000 R$$$ who would come to work in that park...
I can't imagine the traffic jams that would be creating ... ::)

And no, you cannot create demand for agricultural jobs in a similar way...

that lot i create for fix super very low demand (-1000000 i think) that tax or anything can't help and demand never come up again(i try to fix this for long time and give up).
this lot work perfectly! ;D my r$$$ become normal rate. not too high or too low.

oh thanks :) i think i should lower some budget for this.

The demand can be low, but not quite that low... ::)
The smallest value you can have on demand is -6,000

SC4BOY

hehe.. and of course these massive cheat lots are unlikely to help your game unless you know exactly what you're trying to do.. in all likelyhood all they will do is throw all the simulators totally out of balance, leading to purplexing situations.

it sure that low because bigben demand r$$$ 100000, i have to plop it x10 to make demand up to normal(at+ not-; about +10).

i'm sure it not out of balance because i test it with my hand.it's working perfectly with the region that have 'super very low r$$$ demand' problem.
for other region that don't have super very low demand it no need to put this lot into city.

this problem look like it come from one in airport pack.
i can't find it ,but demand become to normal rate now. ;D

Not sure what you mean here... the Big Ben is a landmark,
providing landmark effect (good for commercials but not for residentials)
and mayor rating effect (giving transient aura effect in its neighbourhood),
which can sprout some growth of all RCI types nearby.

It doesn't provide any sort of CAP relief, jobs or other demand related advantages.

I think you want more R$$$ in your region compared to what is normal in real life... ::)
Normally no more than 10% of your total population should be $$$.

The only way to get a lot more than 10% is indeed to provide a lot more $$$ civic jobs...
But 10,000,000 rich lawn movers in a 16×16 m lot?
Each of them have an area of 5 mm × 5 mm in which to trim the grass and split their hair... ::)

On the other hand... no traffic simulator zzz³ would be able to provide access for all those hair splitters...
Have you tried to route query that lot of yours in the game?
How many people are coming to work in it?

For some reason I think they are less than 10,000,000 working there... $%Grinno$%
The neighbouring roads tiles must be red from congestion...

Since the jobs are still there, you will get an increased demand of R$$$ though...
...and they will be looking for jobs elsewhere, where the congestion isn't that horrible...

In due time, they will probably realise there aren't enough jobs for them...
...after all, CO$$$ and I-HT only provide some 10-15% $$$ jobs...
...and sooner or later your R$$$ will abandon due to long commute time...

If you do want to cheat by adding a lot of $$$ civic jobs,
I would recommend that you do so in real buildings, and no more than a few 1,000 in each of them.
Plop a few of them, spread out around your city, so that your $$$ sims are able to access them all.

You should also read about Demand Created in Demand Simulator: Demand, Supply and CAPs.
Note that you need to provide the same amount of amenities as jobs, in order to keep your simulator balanced.

big ben i mean ... http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=2162
as i said no way to fix this problem because i try everyting for very long time (almost year).
r$$$ demand goes down not just down or want more r$$$ but it down down down (need 1000000 r$$$ to make it up to ~10).
don't wory about this because it already work perfectly like no-mod in new blank region.
i want to go on about boost i-ag demand just a little bit(now it is 0 not - or +;flat 0) and i will try from in-game first.

dudyconstructor's Big Ben of the World is a cheat, and he does warn us about that in his readme.

Quote from: Big Ben of the World Readme
will generate lots of jobs

However, his cheat "only" gives 10,000 $$ civic jobs and 10,000 $$$ civic jobs (Demand Created).
On the other hand, it provides CAP relief (Demand Satisified) accordingly:

  • R$$ - 10,000
  • R$$$ - 100,000
  • CO$$ - 10,000
  • CO$$$ - 10,000
  • I-HT - 10,000

You cannot compare the CAP relief of 100,000 this one gives to the 10,000,000 civic jobs you're giving.
Your lot also provides a CAP relief of 10,000,000, but that's pretty moot... you'd never be able to reach such a CAP.

Before starting to experiment with these demand settings, you need to understand the tutorial I linked you to,
Demand Simulator: Demand, Supply and CAPs.

If I-Ag demand is flat zero, then you have hit the I-Ag demand CAP.
There is no other way to boost I-Ag demand after that, without providing I-Ag CAP relief.
And that's what is discussed in the thread Industrial Resource CAP and CAP Relief.

The Census Repository Vault is so far the only building available providing I-Ag CAP relief.
