Diggers and tunnels

  Hi guys, 1st post here

After a very long time I`ve decided to reinstall sc4 and now I`m really enjoying it! Still a lot to learn, but now....I`m facing a huuuge problem (at least for me).
I`ve d/l assassin`s diggers mod and made the correct install (documents\simcity\plugins.....) but when I try to make a tunnel the soil won`t be digged (no hole made) and the tunnel therefore won`t work, can some1 help me?

What's the height of the ground you're digging? It's impossible to make holes lower than the sea level of the game. And welcome to SC4D!

Well...I`m using default terrain San Francisco Region....

You need to take the road tool and drag thru the digger. Then it will dig a hole.

They also won't dig if they will end up lower than water level so digging on low lying ground won't work.
