I downloaded the RHW, and I couldn't use the puzzle peices, or attach the rural highway to m existing roads, and I want the mod removed.How do I do that. I am not a really good programmer or modder, just so those who do know I can't reprogram everything.  :'(

Do you have the NAM installed? Otherwise, the RHW will not work. As to uninstalling, an unistal.exe should be somewhere in your plugin folder, as well as in your start menu.
