Issues with Parks and Plazas

I have a problem with the parks and plazas when playing the game.  ()sad()When I place a small park it'll show up just as an open grass area with no trees along with medium and large parks. With the plazas they just show up as an open paved area with nothing on them... if anyone can help please do. =)

Heres a list of the Mods and stuff I downloaded if this has anything to do with it...

Have you checked your city detail graphic settings? They need to be High for the props to show.
