Maxis' Buildings as Props

O.k., I do not want to baw about the EA support here...I registered there long time ago and I realized I am missing the bldgprop_vol1.dat file from maxis in order to see SimGoobers Farm Coop. I can log in, I can see the file, I need IE (ugh!) and start the download - and it tells me I need SimCity4 installed...what??? What the heck am I playing all the time?? Sine I cannot download this file, is there anopther place to find it besides maxis file exchange?

You can download it here without registration.
The included file SimCity_4_Building_as_Props.dat is bldgprop_vol1.dat, and Rush_Hour_Building_as_Props.dat is bldgprop_vol2.dat
