How to create black-white map from the screen from google maps

Simply remove the saturation with either Gimp or Photoshop or any other programs you know of ;)

If I simly removed the saturation, then game or terraformer does not take it

And. What picture size need to generate map of 4x3 largest (blue in config) territories?

Hmm... I can't help you with your first problem but if you want to make a config.bmp with 4x3 tiles it need to be 16x12 in size (if I'm not mistaken)...

I know it. I wanted to ask another! About picture of generation (black-white map). for example: http://www.stex-server.com/maps/165310/16736/Canada_Hbs4.jpg

A physical map such as the one you included isn't convertible into a workable greyscale image for conversion into SC4. It's simply the wrong style of map for your intended purpose. Your best bet is to hunt down an elevation map or the appropriate .dem files for the region in question.
