City satellite view not showing up in region view

Hello everyone,

For whatever strange reason, my game has decided to run in semi-windowed mode, with the taskbar still visible but not no titlebar at the top of the screen. Its also decided that its not going to save the satellite views of cities in region view. What's odd is that transportation view works just fine. I have the exact same results using Region Census. All of the tiles in question are large and it doesn't matter if its a village of 50 sims or a massive city of 2,000,000, I have the same problem.

I didn't change any of my drivers or game settings. I use the .exe switches to turn off the intro and set a custom resolution of 1650x1080.

Has anyone encountered this one and come up with a solution?

I had that problem. After searching around on numerous forums, I changed the .exe switches to

C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /c START "high  priority sc4" /high "C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Apps\SimCity 4.exe" -intro:off -r1440x900

and I haven't had the problem since. Hope this helps,
