Hello, I am very new to these forums. I just have a question on modding. Do I need a tool to install mods I download from the internet?

Nope, well you need winzip or winrar to extract the files you download, but you don't need a sc4tool to install them.

he makes it sound like it's all scary and stuff, but it really isn't. just read the read me files like xxdita says and your fine
