Recommendations for Downloads?

 Ok, I am back(at least planning to) playing Simcity again when my dad buys a new computer to replace our old broken desktop. Anyways, I would need some recommendations of what to download. Also, I don't think this belongs here, but just help me. I also need to refresh my memory for some really cool downloads that I used to have before I couldn't play Simcity. For the downloads, can you try to get some that doesn't cause viruses, yet still very cool. Please give me links to them.
I need:
All of mattb325's residential kit.
Smoncrie's hole digging lots.
Money Tree.
Olympic Terrain Mod.
All of JBSimio's schools.
University of Clayhurst.
ANY Highway Remodeling Mod
BSC Parks and Paths.
Cycledogg's trees as draggable forest trees
The sidewalk mod that I think io_bg uses.
The sidewalk mod thundercrack uses.(the yellow stripe one)
And something of your choice and think is really cool.

Hello Daryl...

I'll try and get you to the right place... the LEX 
The easiest way to get mattb325's Houses would be going to the LEX's "Advanced Search" and changing the Creator / Designer drop down to mattb325... it's sorted alphabetically, so it's easy enough to find!

The hole Digging lots are avaliable on the STEX, here. I'm not sure which money tree you're after, but there is one here, on the STEX. Alternatively, you can use the Extra Cheats mod, which is here on the LEX.

The Olympic Terrain mod is here, on the STEX.

JBSimio's excellent stuff is easily found using the "Advanced Search" option that I mentioned before.

The BSC Parks can be found by manipulating the LEX search function on the main page, as shown below:


Cycledogg's Mods can be found using the Advanced Search function, under "c.p."

As for the Sidewalk mods, you'll have to contact the individual authors... there's a few of them around.

EDIT:
There's the Highway Restyling Mod, which changes the look of the Maxis highway, here. However, the Real Highway Mod adds a whole new Highway system to the game and is avaliable, here.

My biggest recommendation is the NAM, and all of the individual plugins, and just collect most of the BATs and Lots from the LEX/STEX/PLEX.
Also, you could try and look at the Japanese/International fansites that are around, I tend to stick to my mother tongue, English. Don't forget to keep an eye on the Team and Individual Project boards for the latest-and-greatest!

Also search the LEX and STEX for all transit stations (GLR, PR, FR, MR, HSRP, Subway, BTM) and let your imagination run wild.

I had a fairly extensive look on the STEX for what you're talking about, but I can't find it anywhere... if someone else can find it, than they know something I don't 
If you're looking for a lot that'll help you out with Budgets you could try the BSC Budget Tool Bank, which can reset your budget among other things... it's avaliable on the STEX, here.

If use the Extra Cheats I linked you to earlier, there is the "Moolah" money cheat which is explained in this post... I think that's the easiest way to go about getting around the Budget constraints.

There's nothing that anyone can do if the lot's been deleted or is gone for good... Personally, I don't use lots like that. Cheats do me fine.

NHP also released some hole digging lots which, in my opinion, are FAR better than smoncries. They offer a range of various depths, including 8m (Which is wonderful if you use Buddybuds underpasses)
