Recommended Low Density Low Wealth

Mainly looking for low density low wealth residential to help create sprawling suburbs (with a hint of ghetto about them).  Am mainly thinking of the type of housing you find around South Central LA (http://www.bing.com/maps/?v=2&cp=pnr3fy5433xr&scene=7018071&lvl=1&sty=b&where1=South%20Los%20Angeles%2C%20CA).

I know quite a bit is Maxis stuff but I am wanting more of the same to add a bit of variety.  Already have SG RLS homes and JMouses houses.  In particularly looking for trailer park style homes.
