problem with water mod

Hi all,
I have this strange problem with water mod. whatever water mod I use I only get a very dark shade of water. tried all the different water mods but they all appear in just one dark gray blue shade. I also tried costal mod and I can only see the color difference near the shore line. in the region preview the water looks black. I am using black background and italian terrine mod.
can someone please tell my the problem?

Have you installed MAS71's JRP Core Lot Pack lately? It includes a hidden water mod with very dark water, so that might be the culprit.

Thanks for the tip. Yes there was a water mod in Mas71 prop files interacting with costal mod. Removed it and got the color I wanted. Thanks again.
