I installed RHW with right hand drive and I have the yellow lines in the center BUT the cars are driving the wrong way!

It looks like you have an LHD version of the game.  The NAM and its components are not capable of switching your driving side, and trying to run in LHD mode without the LHD plugin will result in railroad crossings missing paths and not functioning.

For information on how to switch driving side, see smoncrie's post here, which presents an easy alternative to the usual registry editing.

In your case, you would want to specify -l:"English" to switch to RHD, instead of -l:"UK English".
