Yes, I agree with Colyn. Thank you for sharing this. I have never been to Peru, and am not entirely sure when I will be able to go there, but it's definitely not soon, and until then my desire to see it will have to be satisfied by your photos.

All of the picture are tacken in the little getho lol of my Grand mother , this a very funny sector because the life is god , all the person know you and all your friend live here , but the life here is very  difficult and they don't pay to live here so , the mairy of the Barranco a sector of Lima want to destruc this to build condomium or to buld commercial center or a skyscraper .

These are very interesting pictures. 
I visited Chile two years ago, visiting my wife's family for six weeks.  I met the best people ever.  After a full days work her family would come home invite friends over, bbq and drink until well after midnight and get up early for work and do it all over again.  I never had a dull moment while there.  I think the majority of people there may not be rich with money but are definately rich in friendship, kindness and socialism.  This was the best vacation I have ever been on and the sights that I saw, I will remember forever and these pictures remind me of there.
