The sidewalks with the Roads/Avenues

I'm looking for a mod that changes the sidewalks with the roads/avenues, particularly when the roads are diagonal. Is there a mod that changes this or is this not possible?

If you want help with the diagonals you are going to need some filler mods.  Diagonal roads take up the whole tile, and therefore a sidewalk mod will not take care of the step pattern that arises because of that.

There are plenty of other mods out there though to do just what your looking for.

Sithlrd98 has created the most comprehensive collection of sidewalk mod add-ons, many of which have T-21s for various NAM puzzle pieces. He has created sets that match Jeronij's Sidewalk mod as well as the above mentioned asphalt mod by sap23
