I want to do something very simple.  I want to be able to plop certain residential lots.  I DO NOT NEED THEM TO BE FUNCTIONAL, as this is impossible.  What I want to do though is have a lot (in this case NoFunk's Milwaukee Apartments) available for plopping and surviving (plop a res lot it will abandon).  I don't know how to change the properties of the lot to commercial or landmark.  How can I do this?  The only programs I have that seem to work are SC4 Lot Editor and iLive reader.  No PIM or PIM-X, etc.  I really want to take the game into my own hands instead of having to always wait and rely on the great work of other modders.
