Most Europeans, and some Americans have probably heard of the Stuttgart 21 project by now.  Some of you are probably very upset about it, others might support it.  Either way, it would look great in Sim City.

Basically the current station is a terminus station built by a modernist architect.  Looks pretty boxy, shouldn't have too many strange angles to bat.  The new station is being built underground.  The old station will be partially demolished, and the only real surface evidence I see for the new station is a few round skylights in the middle of a grassy field, and the building where travelers can emerge into the inner city.

For images Google "Stuttgart 21"

If you find this interesting, or just want to see what it looks like, here is an awesome animation of the whole length of the project, you can pretty much skip to the end if all you want to see is the station: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbM0RtOXmxI

Anyone willing to give it a shot?
