FYI: Unlisted dependency for SimGoober Restaurant Pack

SimGoober's Restaurant pack needs PEG_MTP_SUPER_TEXTURES_PACK.dat (STEX link). If it's missing, some ground will have no texture at closer zoom levels at least in some of the Pizza Pizza lots.

The same issue (but for other SimGoober lots) has been discussed in SimGoober's thread, posts #96 - #98 and is possibly present in other SimGoober Commercials packs, too.

The LEX issue with this is that the dependency is not listed in the readme for the Restaurant pack (and elsewhere?).
