Region View Problem

Can anybody tell me why this happens and how could i solve it?

This is a problem that occurs when running SimCity in Windowed mode or when minimizing the game before it is done saving. Simply exit and load the game up again and it should be gone.

Have you tried switching it to full mode and then switching it back to windowed mode?

I think i solved the problem. I have to wait a litle bit more time after i minimize the game to go back and make a save.

SC4 is very finicky in windowed mode, as its not officially supported (thats why theres no option in the options setting for it). It can cause a lot of problems when you minimize or alt tab out of it, I also run in windowed mode, but I dont minimize the game when its saving or loading or doing anything but paused, that seems to avoid all of these types of problems
