So I am working on a college town in my region and I know exactly what buildings I want to use for my dorm buildings, So how do I stop those buildings from becoming abandoned and becoming run down. As you know college dorms will not become abandoned due to commute time or low desirability.

Is it possible for residents to occupy the dorms I am trying to build for my University?
