Uppark Estate Dependency Issue

Believe it or not, I just plopped the Uppark Estate

for the first time when it became available, and PRESTO!
I plopped a huge box...

after mucking arround with the installation a bunch, I found two problems (I think)

First, the dependency list does not include the actual model, I found it over on the STEX,

as the Paris-Halles Baltard Plot and Reward.
The readme sort implies the model is included with the LEX download, and there is no mention of needing the STEX download.

Second,
When you unzip the download, there is an installer, a readme, and another zip file. The installer installs everything just fine.
The included zip file contains the same file the intaller installs.
I suspect that the zip file is supposed to contain the model I downloaded from the STEX, but the wrong file got uploaded by mistake.
