Panoramic View?

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone knows if there is a program out there that can generate panoramic views of our SC4 cities. This is probably a crazy question, but I was curious none-the-less.

The panorama views that you see in some Mayor Diaries are usually individual pictures that are spliced together in a paint program.

Oh sorry, I meant more of a skyline-style view, like from ground level, or any other possibilities.

The models only look the way they look from the SC4 angle.
