News:

The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

The LEX has been replaced with SC4Evermore (SC4E), and SC4E maintains an active Discord server.  For traditional forums, we recommend Simtropolis.

You can't directly attach pictures, you have to host them somewhere else and then insert them.  Most people use something like photobucket or imageshack to host the pictures.  Then, once you've uploaded it to that site, when you post, you'll see a row of buttons above the smileys - the bottom row, second from the right (looks like a little painting) is the post image button.  Click that and you'll get a pair of tags.  Simply paste the address of the photo between the tags, and you're good to go.  When you click preview you should be able to see the image.  Generally it is requested that photos are either jpg or gif, and ideally less than 1024 px wide; 800 px or less being even better.

As Jim pointed out, CAM changes the game - and things won't develop quite like you remembered.  Mostly this means you'll do more building out before you can build up. However, low stage high wealth lots should still grow, provided you have the land values and desirability and demand high enough to cause them to grow.  I'd check and make sure you have all you're amenities in place, run the city for a while, and keep an eye on your CO demand.

Never mind, solved the problem myself. Turns out my playstyle in vanilla SC4 doesn't work for CAM.

On a side note, I've been playing SC4 for a while now and I've had CO$$$ develop right away every time without CAM. Does CAM require a certain city size before developing any CO$$$? I'm confused.

I had the same problem when starting with CAM a while ago when I finally found this:

The problem is clearly explained in the above message and after I used that fix it wasn't so insanely hard to get CO$$$ to grow.
