I'm sorry, I can't help either... it does however look like one of Simgoober's lots, but that's just my impression of it, I might be wrong. Hopefully someone else would jump in and help soon enough.

It is a library by Simgoober. I'm not sure if it was actually released. If it was, try the Stex or SimPeg.

I cannot find this on either the STEX or the PLEX so have sent a PM to simgoober to see if he is going to upload it to the LEX.
