Installers of many Dependencies and Cleanitol do not work

I have Windows 7 64. And Sim City 4 Deluxe is installed in the "Program Files (x86)" folder. I am permanently getting errors when I try to install dependencies and even cleanitol is not running, even though it was installed properly.

Why can not someone make a complete installer for the CAM mod? That would be incredibly awesome. I have already searched hours for files, but did not start SC4 once since.

There are many people, myself included, that run SC4 under Windows 7 x64 with no problems.  Don't automatically assume that is the issue.

The errors you are seeing with Cleanitol are caused by missing DLL files.  There are additional items that need to be installed for this tool to work properly.  Microsoft removed these libraries from Windows 7, but many older programs still rely on them. This is not an uncommon issue when using Windows 7.
