I started a long picture intensive post using the Mayor Mode trees over at SimPeg (link below).  Here I'm adding further pics using all the God Mode brushes to give further info.  Hopefully someone out there can help me figure this out.  I think I'll also post at ST Mac Forum.  I tried to ignore this issue but I'm too OCD to let this go unsolved.

David.     :P  Yea my own personized version of Cycledoggs Tree Sets courtesy of PEGs OPP Mod.

Ennedi.     :thumbsup:  Already had Jeronij Vol 04 in the backup Plugins on Desktop.  Moved it into current Plugins and will try again.

I know you probably already have them all but ...

have you got all the dependencies installed in the plugin folder?

For example all of these are required for the Meadowshire trees to appear?

I had the same problem after a reinstall and was missing some of the props. Following all the links in the readme help to solve it. Hope this was of some use to you :)

LEX Content Discussions:Can't find BSC Prop Jeronij Vol03 Trees

The file you need really is Jeronij Vol03 Plopable Trees & Seasonal Woods.

TTC, High5Tower - your good will is very nice, but you didn't check the link sent by greenbelt. She has these files :)

thnx for trying to help TTC and High5Tower.    ()flower()  Any and ALL suggestions are MOST welcome.  Never hurts to check and recheck every detail.  Jeronij Vol03 is the Seasonal etc, etc prop.  I'm quite certain it's a Jeronij type tree prop because everything else is showing.  swi21 and mjb little flowers show up in Mayor Mod plops.  (see link in original post)

Tried again with Jeronij Vol 04.       ()sad()     The lag time was unbelievable on a large city tile with saturated trees and 'flaggy flowers'.   ::)  I have many, many more tree props, flora type things in my backup Plugins2.  They didn't help before, but I'll try again.  Left them out this time to see if it is a conflict type problem.

These pics are very large.  Hopefully I can do the "thumbprints" thing with PhotoBucket.  Nope.  Need to read up on that.

()testing()  OK I need to chill out now so I'm going back into the game to work on some terraforming by hand stuff.   &opr

The only possible conflict I see for now can be between BSC Mega Props - CP Vol01 and two earlier prop packs - CP Prop Pack Vol01 and CP Prop Pack Vol 02. BSC Mega Props CP Vol01 replaces these two packs, try to remove them.

Quotethnx for trying to help TTC and High5Tower.      Any and ALL suggestions are MOST welcome.  Never hurts to check and recheck every detail.

Of course, I was angry for myself 5 secs after sending my comment - sorry... ::)
And apologies  ()flower()

Edit: I checked readmes of these three packs, and terrain controllers.
1. As I said, if you want to install BSC Mega Props - CP vol1, you must remove two earlier CP prop packs. As you showed on PEG's site, you have all three packs installed.
2. In Terrain Controllers readmes Cycledogg includes two earlier CP prop packs as dependencies. But in the new Mega Pack he clearly writes that this pack replaces these two. so your terrain mod should work proper now.
3. You don't need JRJ trees Vol 4 as a dependency, these are ploppable trees. My mistake - sorry. But this pack doesn't cause any conflict, so maybe it will be useful for you to have these trees in your Mayor mod?

See if I can put my foot in my mouth again but how about this.
I just removed  from my plugins "Tree Models_CPT No8 and CPT No9"  and I got the brown box sysndrom.
Do you have this file?

Thanks for the continued suggestions.

Spent the last 2 days terraforming a map I downloaded from STEX - Corsica.  This game really is relaxing.

Andreas noted the unusual file name for BSC MEGA Props SG Vol01.  He also noted that the items missing seem to be SG's willow trees and some of his flowers.  I got a non- .exe SG Mega Props file from Vab at SimPeg that I'm going to try out.  File Juicer may corrupt the occasional file, but so far it has been well tested for all BSC stuff.

greenbelt

     &bis&  &dance  We have trees!  Wonderful trees!   &dance    &bis&

Poor old tree controller couldn't find Jeronij tree props because of the way the Juicer works.  The Juicer won't create new sub-folders.  Instead it simply lists all the sub-folder names separated with a back-slash like this:

BSC Props Jeronij Vol 02 Trees\JRJ Aesculus Trees models and props F\Aesculus Trees family.dat

So first I deleted the main folder name from the filename (eg. BSC Props Jeronij Vol 02 Trees), then I created new folders, copied and pasted the correct sub-folder name (eg. JRJ Aesculus Trees models and props F) and put these in the main folder (eg. BSC Props Jeronij Vol 02 Trees); , then deleted the sub-folder name and the back-slashes from the filename.

  ()flower()  Thanks again for everyone's suggestions.  If I had shown how the filenames were inside the Jeronij folders then you guys would have probably told me the solution right away.  ()flower()

@greenbelt,

It's very nice information - congratulations! :thumbsup:

QuoteIf I had shown how the filenames were inside the Jeronij folders then you guys would have probably told me the solution right away.

Yes. Many of us work on PC and these of us don't know how File Juicer works.

But... my note about CP prop packs is still valid. Having both two older packs and the newer one in the plugins folder can cause problems or not, depending on these files positions (or it can cause you don't see some trees from the new prop pack). In every case it's more safe to follow the readme.
