A transition between the  NMAVE-4 and the Maxis avenue? Maybe even to the RHW-4? I know it currently connects to the avenue as if it were a regular street but leaves those two outside lanes chopped off. Unless this already exists and I just haven't found it.. In that case a shove in the right direction would be helpful.

And one other thing I noticed.. when the NMAVE-4 runs uder RHW Elevated it also switches back to standard road.
