I downloaded the Nam and installed it with some other required mods and now my Sims want move in. If I go to another city, they move out. On one of my city that was 275,000 people in less than three hour I lost 50,000 people. Thanks in advance!

Are you seeing widespread abandonment? Do you see a lot of no job zots popping up? What about looking at the commute time (albeit not too accurate) graphs? There might be a problem about Sims commuting to work, if you have broken paths in your network, such that Sims can no longer travel to work and therefore left without a job to commute to.

Meanwhile, have you installed other mods that can affect gameplay? For example, demand mods (including CAM) and the likes?

I lay out a subway system and a train pax system. They never moved in. The commute time should be short once they come. Taxes are low and all services are on. I have cam and a few other mods installed and hope they are in the right folders. I can see them at the buildings working and people are all over the parks and streets. Traffic is low downtown but I don't have one house being built. Thanks for the reply, we will figure this out with your help, Thanks again.

How does the RCI demand look like on your game panel? Is there positive demand but no sims are moving in? If that is the case, you might be lacking the buildings needed for the correct growth stages (if you have CAM installed and are blocking all Maxis buildings).

Otherwise, try starting a new region and see if you can replicate the problem. If you have installed CAM over an existing region, your regional demand will need time to equalize (and probably requires a lot of tuning thereafter).

Discovered the problem. Taxes, I lowered my tax rate from 9.0 to 5.0 now the city is overwhelmed. Thanks for the help again.
